Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Elevatione Online you may return the unused portion for refund or exchange for up to 30 days from purchase. We accept returns for products purchased from Elevatione.com only. To initiate a return, please email support@elevatione.com and include your order number.
Items purchased in store must be returned to the store the sale was made at, and may have a different return policy from Elevatione.com.
Returned items will be processed promptly, usually within 3-5 business days of receipt. An email will be sent to confirm your return or exchange request has been processed. If a refund is issued, it will be refunded to the source of the original payment method.
