1. After exiting the shower, dry your skin off completely.
2. Apply a body firming cream to the skin.
3. Remove the protective cover and hold down the ON/ OFF switch for 2 seconds to start the device. Then, select the mode desired.
4. Run the massage head along the skin in a direct way, or in a circular motion, slowly massaging the skin until the product is absorbed.
5. After use, press and hold the button for 2 seconds to turn off the product.

How to clean: 
 

1. .Hold the ON / OFF button for 2 seconds to turn off the device. 

2. Wipe down the product with a dry cloth. 

3. Close the cover, and put the product in a dry and ventilated place.
